Pressure Seal Check Valve Design

Pressure Seal Check Valve

Pressure seal check valve is a type of valve used to control the flow of fluids or gases in high-pressure and high-temperature pipelines. It is designed to allow fluid or gas to flow in one direction only, and to prevent backflow or reverse flow.

The valve works by using a movable disc or piston that opens and closes in response to the flow of fluid or gas. When the flow is in the correct direction, the disc or piston moves away from the valve seat, allowing the fluid or gas to pass through the valve. When the flow reverses, the disc or piston is pushed against the valve seat, creating a seal that prevents backflow.

The valve is typically made of materials such as carbon steel, alloy steel, or stainless steel to withstand the harsh operating conditions. It is also designed with a bolted bonnet that provides additional strength and durability.
